When a user creates a note, it is getting saves in rich text format. When we export the Note associated with Opportunity from the task "Manage File Export Activities", The Note Texts are in HTML format. So In order to overcome this, we need to make Plain Text as default Source Code Editing Mode instead of rich text mode. We tried to do this from Page Composer and from Application Composer. Also searched whether do we have any profile option to do this. Unfortunately, we found nothing to fix this.
