Post R11 upgrade - Custom Stand alone object taking more time to open than normal


Custom Stand alone object taking more time to open than normal
Before upgrade - 2-3 seconds to open
Post upgrade - 20 seconds to open

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Marketing Tools and Samples - custom object under Common application
2. Open for edit one of the records
3. It takes 20 seconds until the record is opened
