Application Settings Not Saved in P6 Mobile. (Doc ID 2245900.1)

After making changes to settings in P6 Mobile, the settings are not retained after the user logs out and logs back into the Mobile application.

Expect changes to be saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Mobile.
2. Alter the P6 Settings and enable "Group By Project", "Display Activity ID", and "Display Project ID".
3. View altered settings in the application.
4. Log out and back into P6 Mobile.
5. Setting changes are not retained.
