Symptoms

11.1.11.1.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas
Problems with import Opportunities with owner partner contact
Want to import an Opportunity assigning a partner contact as a owner of the Opportunity.

ERROR
-----------------------
This row cannot be imported because the parent opportunity record has errors. (MOO-450118)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud> Setup and Maintenance> Manage File Import Activities
2. Import Opportunity records
3. Receive error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import an opportunity record.
