Unable to Add Users to Unifier Through OIM, Unable to Delete Users In OIM (Doc ID 2245913.1)

Symptoms

In this case the customer was trying to Add a user to Unifier through OIM, and then Delete a user in OIM so that they could be re-added. The users were showing in OIM but not in Unifier.

  1. Unable to provision a user to Unifier in OIM. They show in OIM but not in Unifier.
  2. Unable to Remove a user in OIM: unassigning Application Access failed : PrimaveraunifierProd due to Error while deleting user : Revoking Application Access failed for use
