After R12 Error After Opening Account DCL From Record From A Custom Object

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
Error After opening Account DCL from record from a Custom Object
When user navigates to the account via a record from a Custom Object the screen is displayed but ADF error is thrown.
After user clicks on the Cancel button and also gets an Error
This started happening after Release 12 was installed
ERROR

Opening:
ADF_FACES-60097 ADF_FACES-60096 PPR, #9
On cancel:
incident 52 CRMDomain, Server Instance:CRMCommonServer_1 CrmCommonApp
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search record from a Custom Object and click on any account– throws ADF error
2. When click on ‘cancel’ button it throws below error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot visualize the information from this custom object or perform any actions on it
