Displaying RightNow Service request screen in Contact
The architecture behind the SR Screen is displaying Service requests related to Contact ( OrgSYS = RNOW and OrgSysRef = Rightnow contact ID) . Can we change the reference to different column instead of OrgSYS = RNOW and OrgSysRef = Rightnow contact ID?
