When we are starting the compensation plan, we have an employee that is either eligible or ineligible, depending on the Roles that the user who submits the process has.
- with Comp Admin, the employee is Ineligible
- with Comp Admin + Comp Manager, the Employee becomes Eligible
Why when using only Compensation Admin role, the employees shows as ineligible?
