Creating a new activity.
When a new activity is created, an email is suppose to send.
The email is supposed to have the following:
- "To" = Activity Owner.
- "From" = Activity Creator.

The customer's local system will block the email with the following:
#5.1.3 SMTP; 553 sorry, sender rejected, spoofing not allowed!

Customer wants to set the default "From" email to something else.

How can this be done?
