Symptoms
Transfer Order ship confirm failed when inter org relationship is Intransit
It is observed that when Inter org relationship is direct, Ship Confirm transaction is happening successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inter Org Parameters are created with relationship as Intransit.
2. Created Internal Material Request(Supply Order) through FBDi in SCO. Transfer Order and Ship lines got created successfully
3. Created Shipment, performed Pick Release
4. When Ship Confirmed, in source, it is shipped successfully but going to Pending Transactions
