Qn1:On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
Lead Qualification Template changes are not reflected for all lead records.
What could be the reason?
- Customer created a new Qualification Template by modifying the previous one in changing one of the questions to have 3 possible answers, not two (Brokers, Carriers, Both values)
- For leads for which the qualification process has not started these changes are getting reflected
- For leads for which the qualification process has been run the changes are not getting reflected
Is this an expected behavior?
