Symptoms

When attempting to login to the Cloud hosted environment Web URL, the following error occurs.

Oracle Access Manager Operation Error
The WebGate plug-in is unable to contact any Access Servers.

Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to login to the Cloud hosted environment Web URL
  2. Error is displayed
