Symptoms
Importing journals, when trying to upload Taxable journals from spreadsheet, the create accounting process ends with the following error
ERROR
------------
There is no accounting rule assigned to the accounting method ABC created by User for the application Tax.
Cause: Either no accounting rule is assigned to the Subledger accounting method, or the accounting date of the journal entry is outside the effective date range of the accounting rule assignment.
Action: You must assign at least one accounting rule to the accounting method that is effective for the accounting date, or assign a different accounting method to the ledger.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run Create accounting process
4. Reviewed the report and observed the error described appears
