On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Synchronization failed on new Lead creation

ERROR
-----------------------
The message is oracle.jbo.service.errors.ServiceException : JBO-25071: Applying List binding LOV_Rank with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows for a row of type:SalesLead, key oracle.jbo.Key[300000030583986 ].

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Created a new Lead Record in Outlook with Rank field empty.
2) Start Synchronize Local Changes.
3) Synchronization fails with attached message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new leads from Outlook without setting up manually the Rank.
