Process Pending Worker button is grayed out in Notification

Qn1:On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Taleo Integration
For some Candidates we are not able to Process Pending worker as the Button is grayed out. How do we resolve this?
Starting in Release 12 September patch bundle the system will allow users to process the candidates even after the SOA purge has been done from the New Person -> Selected Candidates work area.
The following information is displayed in the the Selected Candidates tab.
First Name
Last Name
Proposed Start Date
Manager
Department
Location
Import Date
Status
Candidates with already processed pending worker display "Processed" status. Candidates not yet processed display "New" status. Candidate First Name and Last Name are a clickable link. Clicking the imported candidate name link opens the popup page "Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Imported Candidate Information".
