Cancel Button on run Grade Step Progression Process doesn't work as expected (Doc ID 2247335.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, .Manage Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Grade Step Progression Process redirection

When submitting the Grade Step Progression process, Fusion does not direct the user to view Scheduled Processes to monitor. This is inconsistent with other areas of the product and is an inconvenience for the end user.

Also, clicking "Cancel" after this does nothing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fusion should redirect the user to view Scheduled Processes to monitor after submitting the process. Cancel button should exit the user from the page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Compensation -> Run Grade Step Progression
2) Populate parameters and click Submit
3) User remains on Run Grade Step Progression page, with Submit greyed out, and is not redirected to the Scheduled Process page to monitor
4) Click "Cancel". Nothing happens.
