Client cannot identify where the error is in the data that they populated.

1. You must enter a party name. (HZ-120051) Cause: At least one of the required name fields in the HZ_IMP_PARTIES_T table is missing a value. Action: Enter ORGANIZATION_NAME for an organization. Enter PERSON_FIRST_NAME or PERSON_LAST_NAME or both for a person.

2. The combination of columns OrganizationProfile.PartyOrigSystem and OrganizationProfile.PartyOrigSystemReference must be unique in table HZ_IMP_PARTIES_T. (HZ-120149)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import relationships
2. See that it completed with errors
3. See the errors in the logs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have all of their records import successfully.
