ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Externally modified messages can not be archived

Externally modified messages can not be archived. The message Internal Activity contains this information:
- This message was deleted outside of the Oracle SEM Platform
- This message was undeleted outside of the Oracle SEM Platform
Message has been archived by two users and still appears in Inbox.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Any message should be possible to be archived.

There are no specific steps, several message are in this situation.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot archive messages and Inbox looks too cluttered with old unnecessary messages.
