Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Setup Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a Memo Line, the Business Unit LOV is blank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Business Unit LOV should list the Business Units for this particular set.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage Standard Memo Lines


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select Business Unit from LOV and assign the revenue account.
