B2B User Login Issue

On : NA version, Storefront

B2B contact cannot login issue

The new user is created via OCC admin and associated with the account. Once login to storefront with the new user id, received “Unauthorized access” message.

It seem there is some issue so that the B2B user cannot access the storefront.
