Uploading a Document With OSN Web Client Throws Error "System could not process your request. Try again" When Using IE Browser (Doc ID 2247918.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Social Network Browser Client

When attempting to upload files in OSN with Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11), the error "System could not process your request. Try again" is presented.  The file does upload but its ability to download and share are disabled.

The issue does not present when using Firefox (FF) or Chrome.
