Unable To Create Or Import Supplier Address (Doc ID 2248179.1)

Symptoms

When trying to import Supplier Address, the job goes to status 'Retrying', or the  following errors occur:

Import Error

## Executing OracleCallableStatement -
BEGIN POZ_SUPPLIER_IMPORT_PUB.Update_PartySiteId( p_party_site_id => :1, p_address_interface_id => :2);END;
## Processing commit of this record
## Exception stacktrace:
 java.lang.NullPointerException
## Application module null is released.


When attempt to create a Supplier Address directly in application, users receive the below error:
