Substitution Rule Not Working With IN Clause (Doc ID 2248343.1)

Users setup a substitution rule for FinApInvoiceApproval human task in other to change the task assignee under certain conditions, like below:

So the substitution rule has been triggered, but it did not produce any change in the task assignee because it evaluated the CostCenterTotal.costCenterManagerName ID to the value it had in the task payload, which contained both upper cases and lower cases and, on the other hand, SOA evaluated the assignee ID only in lower cases, so that the substitution did not occur.
