Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OSC for Outlook msi. is installed successfully, but when Outlook is started, nothing appears.
If reinstalled the issue remains.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After Add-in install, when Outlook is started Add-in should start automatically.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download MSI file from OSC web UI.
2. Unzip the archive
3. Start and follow installation steps.
4. Open Outlook, Ad-in is not starting the First Run Assistant.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, one user cannot user the OSC for Outlook Add-in.
