On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Web Service AccountService response is returning Duplicate records

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In the response, there must be unique records satisfying the search criteria.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SOAP request of Account service to query for records.
2. Enter the FindCriteria as
 OrganizationDEO_MslClassEthicalTeamB_c  NOTIN NULL
3. Observe the results.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are receiving duplicate records.
