SSO and Password Authentication Unable to Access Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Symptoms
- When attempting to Login with SSO, some users are obtaining the message the following error occurs.
Your connection is not secure
The owner of primavera-et-<>.oracleindustry.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.
- When attempting to SSO and Password, the following error occurs, intermittently:
"This page can't be displayed"
Make sure the web address https://<>.oracleindustry.com:10411 is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine
Refresh the page in a few minutes
STEPS to Verify
------------------
1. Click on URL for the environment
2. Enter the SSO credentials for the environment, if applicable, or enter the accurate LoginID and Password.
3. Error appears
