No Access Errors, Record Owner Field Issues : A Simple Solution

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to operate on a record, the following error occurs and prevent the operation:
"The record you are trying to access has been deleted or has been assigned a new owner and you no longer have access to it. If you deleted the record, it may be accessed in Deleted Items. If you continue to have problems contact your Oracle CRM On Demand Administrator."
It can happen to Record Types which have Owner field and Owner field is available on the page layout, e.g. Account, Service Request, Custom Object and so on.
