Create Bank Account Window Has Rendering Issues Since R11 (Doc ID 2249408.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Since Release 11 was applied we have issues inputting bank account data for new starters using the Create Bank Account Window.

When you are adding data to the Bank Branch field and start typing, a loading icon appears (blue circle – unfortunately I cannot capture screenshots) which then moves your cursor back to the start of the Bank Branch field increasing the time it takes to populate the field.

This happens in Chrome, IE and Firefox.
 
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
search should be based on bank name and cursor position should not be changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Create Bank Account page
2. Adding data to the Bank Branch field


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the user cannot move the cursor to the end before entering the next number
