Goal

You have configured your Cloud solution for Federated SSO; i.e to authenticate users with your onpremise Identity Provider instead of the myServices Oracle Cloud authentication.

You would like to automatically provision users from this Federated SSO so that you don't have to create users in both your onpremise Identity Provider and in OTM.
