Symptoms

Synchronization fail to sync between Sales Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook

Synchronization error throwing up during Outlook and Sales cloud data synchronization.

ERROR
-----------------------

JBO :27024: failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.key[100000000308204] in PersonDEO phone number should contain only numbers not characters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to synchronize OSC;
2. Error pop up in the Synchronization Control Panel.
