Creation Date In Subject Area Sales - CRM Customer Overview Changed (Doc ID 2250052.1)

I created a report several months ago that we use to monitor newly created accounts by specific users. The creation date previously showed date and time. I have attached screen shots of the data. The report I exported yesterday shows that it has date and time and today it is only showing date. I haven't edited the report since December.

What would have caused this to change overnight?
