Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Performance Management

Line Manager should not be able to bypass employee evaluation if the employee is working on the document.

Line manager should not be able to bypass employee self evaluation if the employee is working on the performance document. User understand that this is delivered functionality and there is no check to verify if the document is worked upon by employee.
