On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Serial Approval Business Process Workflow is not triggering Emails to the Approvers

Whenever new Lead is created then the Object workflow Business Process should trigger Email to the Approvers. But in the application new lead is created the approval mail is not sent to the users.
