ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GOSI not calculating as expected for 4 employees
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect GOSI to process correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps - example:
1.
Empl No--> 1
GOSI Value deduction as per legacy system --> 675
GOSI deduction as per Oracle --> 0
Reason --> Employee changed from intern to Full Time employee effective 1-Feb-2017(Interns don't get GOSI deduction)
2.
Emp No --> 2
GOSI Dedcution as per legacy --> 551.08
GOSI as per Oracle -> 1350
Reason --> Employee is a new Joiner Legacy calculates based on number of days he worked this month however oracle deducts it on complete gross pay and not based on actual days worked
3.
Emp # 3
GOSI Dedcution as per legacy --> 1686.5
GOSI as per Oracle -> 0
Reason --> Employee has been terminated in February
4.
Emp # 4
GOSI Dedcution as per legacy --> 900
GOSI as per Oracle -> 792
Reason --> Salary has been changed effective 1-Feb-2017, as per GOSI salary changes up to Mar 31 can be considered they give a grace period of 2 months
