On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Call Report App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mobile Call Report Application appears in different language than the phone language.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mobile Call Report Application language should match the phone language.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Phone language to English
2. Start Call Report Application notice language is correct.
3. Change Phone language to French
2. Start Call Report Application notice language is wrong (Indian or Hebrew)

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Call Report in native language (French).
