This note describes the - ShipmentServiceV2 - Web Service.

The primary intent of Manifest Shipment Service is to query shipment and its related data, which then can be used for sending to the external customers during Advanced Shipment Notice flow and also to send Manifesting information to the external carrier manifesting systems.
