Incident While Searching For A Duplicate Resolution Request Id (Doc ID 2250400.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

When searching for a Duplicate Resolution Request Id and the current screen is another Duplicate Resolution Request details screen the application returns an incident error.

Steps:
-Go to Navigator>> Duplicate Resolution
-Drilldown on a Duplicate Resolution Requests
-On the left search box search for another Request Id
-The error is displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Go to Navigator>> Duplicate Resolution
-Drilldown on a Duplicate Resolution Requests
-On the left search box search for another Request Id
-The error is displayed

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search for requests if they are in the details screen of another request.
