On : version, Territory Management, Quotas

When attempting to import a file through Manage File Import Activities,
the following error occurs.

Your request could not be completed because of an error with the content management server. Contact your help desk.The request could not be completed because of the following error: The attachment information cannot be retrieved. (FND-2403) Details: The attachment information could not be retrieved because the file repository is unavailable. Cause: The file repository is unavailable at this time. Action: Contact your help desk

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import data.
