Symptoms
Symptom 1:
Claim digger will not launch after configuring P6 for LDAP Authentication. No screen is loaded, no error is displayed and no entries are available in the log files.
Symptom 2:
When attempting to configure the LDAP settings for the INTERNAL_PLUGINS configuration as required, the following message is displayed:
Failed to load the selected configuration. You may need to create a new one.
