ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Manager Role - OTBI Issue
Sales Manager roles needs to consume opportunity information. We looked in the SUI and test user with "Sales Manager" role cannot view opportunity data.
The users can see customer data, but once opportunities are entered to the report it breaks. It looks like this could be a territory management issue/hierarchy issue.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales Manager roles should be able to see all opportunity information on report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud as Sales Manager
2. Go to Sales> Opportunities
3. Create report to view all opportunities with no results, Same thing in Reports.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot view all opportunity report data.
