Symptoms

When attempting to release a hold on a Paid invoice
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"You cannot release a hold for an invoice that is fully paid or in the process of being paid. (AP-810220)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter invoice and pay the invoice
2. Manually release hold on paid invoice and receive error
