Data Migration Tool Connectivity Issue

Using Data Migration Tool from Windows Command with following command:
MigrationTool.bat -u SITA\CONNECT.BA -s ReadAll AccessProfile

Tool returns error in Windows Command:
An error Occurred while connecting to Oracle CRM On Demand Server:

There is no detail logs from odesa.log in Data Migration Tool log folder.
