Data Migration Tool Connectivity Issue (Doc ID 2250869.1)

Using Data Migration Tool from Windows Command with following command:
MigrationTool.bat -u <USER ID> -s https://secure-ausomx<pod> ReadAll AccessProfile

Tool returns error in Windows Command:
An error Occurred while connecting to Oracle CRM On Demand Server: https://secure-ausomx<pod>

There is no detail logs from odesa.log in Data Migration Tool log folder.
