Not Able To Remove "Global Admin" User Role (Doc ID 2250920.1)

Symptoms

Although operating by a user account with having administrator privileges, when trying to remove "Global Admin" user role of a user account on Argus Console, the following message is displayed.
"You do not have access to assign/remove this role."

1) Login to application.
2) Go to Argus Console - User definition screen.
3) Select a user account.
5) Click [Select] button at User Role field. Modify Roles window opens.
6) Select 'Global Admin' role in 'Selected Roles' box and click [<Remove] button.
