Account Object Issue

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The imported Lead and imported Account.
Open an Lead and click on the Account which is related => It is opened another Account
this issue is not for all leads.
Couldn`t be reproduced with the new created Lead and new created Account.
This is also not reproducible for Leads with Contact.
