Unable To Create Or View Inventory Records In UI After Recent CSM (Doc ID 2250976.1)

Symptoms


Unable to Create or View Inventory Records In UI, cannot view the Inventory record under the account.
Tried to export and the record could be found. However found that the fixed choice list which has the values configured as below
Lookup Code: PHARMACY A, Lookup Meaning: Pharmacy A
Value observed in Export is Lookup Code: PHARMACY A, Lookup Meaning: [Pharmacy A]
Tried to create record manually from UI, but unable to do so because 'Create' button is not available and unable to place it UI.
Security was check and found the current user has access to create, update, view all records as user logging in as Sales Admin.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inventory record should be visible under the account record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Sales> Account> attempt to view Inventory record and does not appear
