Unable to add multiple products to a Lead (Doc ID 2251021.1)

Symptoms

After adding a product to Lead, Add button, Quantity, Estimated Unit Price, Total Amount fields are getting disabled.

Add button and the fields are getting enabled once the user navigates to any other tab and come back to details tab again.
