Customer has two custom DCL field on Lead.
The DCLs are based on Contact entity.
If the user is not able to find the Contact in the list, they want to be able to create a new Contact using a button on the DCL pick applet.
Create button is available on standard Primary Contact field on Lead. However they want this enabled on Custom field.
