Fusion Global HR: Task Attached To The People Manager Eligibility Profile Within The OnBoading Checklist Is Not Getting Assigned

Created an on-boarding checklist which gets assigned to new hires automatically.
There are few tasks in the checklist that are assigned based off an attached Manager_Users Eligibility profile (hired as a manager).
Created Eligibility profile as Manager_Users (Only Managers) where the eligibility criteria is setup under the Employment tab>People Manager>yes and Action>Hire
However, when going to manage allocated checklists for the new hire whom is hired as a manager, the tasks attached to Manager_Users Eligibility Profiles do not show up.(e.g. Issue Laptop to new employees working as a manager)
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Go to task "Manage Checklist" to open Manage Checklist Templates page.
Create a checklist as below:
Country = All Countries
Category = On Boarding
Action Name = Hire
3. Create Eligibility profiles Manager_Users
4. Add task to the Checklist. Create a new task with Eligibility - Only Managers(Manager_Users)
5. Hire a new employee who is working as a manager.
6. Navigate to Personal Management > Search the employee.
Click on "Manage Allocated Checklists" task. The checklist gets assigned, However the task which is attached to Manager_Users Eligibility Profile (Issue Laptop to new employees working as a manager) doesn't get assigned.
