Opening The Inventory by Product Category, Item Graph Shows That Category Is "Not Available".

When opening the Graph: Inventory by Product Category, Item - the graph shows that Category is "Not Available"
Graph would show the Category defined in the Product Catalog
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Value Chain Planning -> Planning Central -> open right task pane and select Manage Plans
2. Search for and Open desired Plan
3. Select Open -> full pane view
4. Search for Inventory by Product Category, Item
5. Open Graph
