Goal

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Partner Management

History of drop down lists do not display in the correct order of what has been selected


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Development Funds
2. Create Development Fund Request
3. Budget and Partner Drop Downs.

For example, Budget drop down 100 records have been created by using 100 different values for this Budget field. When we open this drop down, it displays the 1-10 of 100 values (the values which were selected for record no. 1, 2, 3... 10). It should ideally display the 91-100 values (the recent 10 values which have been used) and it should change as per the values are being used.
